Dr. Zdenek Drabek is an expert in trade policy and foreign investment. As a negotiator of international rules of trade and investment in the WTO (GATT), terms and rules of accession to the European Union, involvement in Paris Club negotiations and in national debt rescheduling, Dr. Drabek has been at the forefront of making and implementing international rules and disciplines. His work with clients of the Bretton-Woods institutions, where he spent a large part of his career, included supranational bodies, national governments, and large MNCs as well as NGOs.
